I believe the therapeutic relationship is a team effort where we work together to make positive changes in your approach to life. I start where you are and work on building on your strengths and capabilities – discover what matters most to you – and help you explore new, more satisfying ways to be in the world.
My style is warm and non-judgmental and I use various interventions based on your unique needs. I do use a trauma informed and harm reduction approach to all the work I do. I can help with issues related to trauma, childhood abuse, substance abuse/addiction, anxiety, depression and self worth.
Currently, I am offering individual therapy only. I have seen how powerful group work can be and hope to offer those services in the future.
